Enjoying it's exeptional location in les Arcs-sur-Argens (30 minutes from Saint-Tropez and of Cannes) on the Côte d'Azur, Château Sainte Roseline is one of the most renounded wine estates of Provence. The prestigious wine estate and unique domaine both Site and Cru Classé, Château Sainte Roseline is a part of the rare A.O.P sides of Provence « Cru Classé » since 1955 (creation date and designation Cru Classé). We produce fine and ballanced wines available in the three collors : rosé, white and red.
Aurélie Bertin took back the direction of this family estate in 2007 and infused it with her dynamism, her modern vision and oenotourism of the rather traditional and artisanal job of the vigneron, her perfectionism and evedently her femininity.
The owner inscribed Château Sainte Roseline in a march towards sustainable developement. Once we obtained the HEV 3 (High Environmental Valuede level 3) certificate, we will aim for the label of "Vignerons Engagés". The domaine has equally anounced it's conversion to being bio and assured that from now on the production is 100% vegetal - Vegan (without any animal inputs) and it's property wines. The first vats certified Biological Agricuture will see the light of day in 2022.
From a selection of our best parcells,Château Sainte Roseline is a top of the line cuvée that gets produced in a limited quantity. It responds to the strictest production criteria to obtain the most perfect raisins. This white wine benefits from two prestigious appelations : AOP côtes de Provence and Cru Classé.
The harvest is driven by a carpet, thus avoiding the alteration of the berries, then gently sorted and destemmed. The charging of the pneumatic presses by gravity and shielded from any oxygen, that preserves all the potential of the grape harvest. The stabulation of the musts between 5 and 1o days depending on the variety of the grapes , and setling in order to obtain clear juices. The alcoholic fermantation that lasts between 10 and 14 days with the control of the temparature. Then, aging on lees in vats with stirring.
Grape variations : 100% Rolle
The dress is light and limpid. It's intense and complexe citrusy nose. The persistant mouth keeps the same register and expresses it's balance with a pretty ending by it's aromatic notes garrigues (sage and rosemary).

Keep time : 3 to 5 years
