Description
It is in collaboration with Lolita, a passionate and dedicated distiller, that we crafted a Gin recipe inspired by our Roseline universe.
The recipe is a subtle blend of juniper berries, French grapefruit peel, coriander seeds, angelica, savory, and lavender.
Maceration: The plants and fruits are immersed in neutral alcohol. This cold maceration lasts 48 hours to extract maximum aromas.
Distillation: The macerate is then distilled in a small copper still at the Sentema distillery under the watchful eye of Lolita, the distiller.
It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
The Roseline Fizz: 4.5cl of Gin de Roseline, 1.5cl of lime juice, 1.5cl of thyme syrup, a splash of grapefruit soda, and a pinch of fleur de sel.
